Kashkool

A stationary design product line that was inspired by Kashkool, a name by which a notebook was known in my childhood. Notebooks back in the 1980’s in Kuwait had unique aesthetics, they used tape binding and usually came in two colours, most popular is the cobalt blue and crimson red tape, or black with the same shade of crimson red tape. They came in hard cover, yet they were thin and lightweight. Kashkool line will also include handmade notebook designs, using various binding techniques.
